Dr. Susel Oropesa is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon who specializes in refractive cataract surgery and comprehensive general ophthalmology care. She went on to complete her residency in Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was selected to serve as chief resident, reflecting her leadership, surgical skill, and commitment to excellence. This strong academic and clinical foundation supports her expertise in refractive cataract surgery and general ophthalmology, and informs the thoughtful, detail-oriented care she provides every day.
